Apologies if you have been trying to reach us today (28th February), we have been experiencing phone difficulties.
We have been working all day to resolve the issue. We will have a temporary solution to be in place by the end of today but we will only have limited incoming lines. This may lead to your call taking longer than usual for us to respond.
We are working with our Telco to resolve this.
